About Edwin Kim

Edwin Kim has experienced from a vision of making websites for small businesses and non-profit organizations into a much broader vision of digital marketing services and digital products. He employs graphic designers, web designers, content writers, and contract graphic designers, as well as motion graphic artists and motion designers. Our team is very proud of the work they do and we are always looking for ways to help our customers elevate their branding.


EDWIN KIM

In 2013, Edwin began developing websites. In 2021, he founded Ascend Digital to assist non-profit organizations, churches, and small businesses. He is passionate about design and marketing. A creative leader, he likes to experiment with different business approaches and provides resources to organizations in order to make them more productive. His Ennegram type is 3 and he enjoys hearing the stories about how his customers began their businesses. During his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar and creating ambient music.

To finish projects, one must live with faith that it can be done. Often, we are ruled by what can't be done. Every time you do something, there is a reason not to do it. However, we are more afraid of missing opportunities to help people than making mistakes. In order to help people no one is helping, we will have to do things no one is doing. It is important for us to surround ourselves with people who are capable of doing anything. All things are possible for us, and we live with a can-do attitude.

Our work is a calling, not just a job. Our goal is to be vibrant, inspiring, confident, and joyful. Enjoying life is more important than enduring it. We don't just do the bare minimum. Because we know what we end up getting when we build people up who think in minimums, we don't try to build up people who think in minimums. Furthermore, we need passionate people who are committed because they are called and have big visions.

PEACEMAKERS

There is nothing that destroys people like gossip. As an organization, we want to be the last to know about gossip and the first to shut it down. In a fast-paced environment, conversations can quickly become toxic. As a result, we choose to rise above it and elevate the conversation. Instead of talking about people, we should talk to them. Rumors are replaced with encouragement. In our society and sadly in our workplaces, there is far too much division. The spirit of unity is important to us. It brings us one step closer to healing the community and culture.

FLEXIBILITY

Change is necessary for growth. Our focus is on the future. We have a "best idea wins" culture. We will be open to changing if a better idea is presented that will have a greater impact.

TEACHABLE

Teaching isn't just for amateurs; it's a sign of maturity. You are drifting away from being your best if you are unteachable or can't easily be taught. You can build a beautiful team or business that attracts people if you keep a teachable spirit.
